CustomerOct 14, 08:55Hi, I was told yesterday that a refund of $348.00 was issued for order #KV-20874, but it still isn't on my card. Can you confirm when it will arrive? I've attached the confirmation email.

Internal noteOct 14, 09:34Refund left us yesterday at 16:06 through the card processor. Banks take 5 to 10 business days to post it. Asking Finance for the trace reference so Priya can quote it to her bank.

Support AgentOct 14, 09:41Hi Priya, thanks for your patience. The refund of $348.00 went to your Visa ending 1172 yesterday at 16:06. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it. I've attached the receipt with a trace reference your bank can look up.
